Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of HomeIP proxy and IP access services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy.
1. Service Description
HomeIP provides manually configured proxy and IP access services based on the customer’s selected service type, location, quantity, and duration. This is a manual fulfillment service, not an instant automated delivery service.
2. Order Processing
After successful payment, we review and configure your requested IP service manually. Most orders are delivered within 1–6 hours. In some cases, setup may take up to 24 hours depending on availability, country, provider response time, and verification requirements.
3. Customer Information
You must provide a valid email address during checkout. Proxy credentials and order updates will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store your card or PayPal login details on our server. Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HomeIP services for spam, fraud, phishing, hacking, carding, fake signup abuse, illegal scraping, unauthorized access, platform abuse, or any unlawful activity. Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in service refusal, suspension, or termination.
6. Service Availability
Proxy performance and availability may depend on third-party providers, network conditions, location availability, platform restrictions, and customer usage behavior. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working service or replacement where applicable.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. In most technical cases, we may first attempt to fix the issue or provide a replacement before issuing a refund.
8. Prohibited Resale or Misuse
You may not resell, share, abuse, or redistribute the provided proxy credentials unless we give written permission. You are responsible for all activity performed through the credentials delivered to your email.
9. Limitation of Liability
HomeIP is not responsible for losses, account restrictions, platform limitations, business interruption, or third-party actions resulting from how you use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
